WhatsApp Fault Alerts (Wati.io)
When devices go OFFLINE, a WhatsApp goes to the Agrima service team below + that site's engineer (set per client in Edit Client). Multiple faults within a minute are combined into ONE message, grouped by breaker — saves Wati credits. If the whole processor goes unreachable (site internet/power issue), you get an immediate "System Offline" alert, and a "System Restored" alert with downtime when it's back.

Pick specific lights or AC units. At the daily time you set below, if ANY of them are still on, ONE WhatsApp lists everything still running. If everything is off, nothing is sent \u2014 no message is good news. Separate from Fault Alerts (which go to the engineer/service team instead).
